Founded in 1977 by Jack and Linda Butcher, IBS reached a corporate milestone with the retirement of its' original founders in 2007. The company, however, remains family owned and operated by their children, Michelle St. John, and Derek Butcher. IBS, Inc. continues to grow upon the principle of excellence of service both to our customers and employees. At IBS, business is conducted on a highly ethical plane. The success and growth of our company is dependent upon a profitable operation. However, the good and welfare of our customers and employees will never be sacrificed to the profit motive.

IBS currently employees 40 people throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. As part of our pledge to maintain ongoing growth of our business, we are researching opportunities for expansion in Arizona and North Dakota.
IBS is proud to serve the Maintenance (MRO) needs of the automotive industry, agriculture and farming, buildings and grounds, construction, heavy equipment dealers, manufacturing, military, mining, municipalities and public utilities, transportation and fleet fields.
